LIC Launches Digi Zone




As part of its endeavour to improve its digital presence, India's Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) has launched a 'Digi Zone.'


"LIC will provide information about its products and services through kiosks situated in the premises, with the goal of becoming a tech-driven life insurer," the insurer said in a statement on Wednesday.


Customers can utilise the LIC's Digi Zone to purchase insurance, pay premiums, and access other services.


LIC intends to embark on the next phase of digital transformation in order to reap the benefits of increased growth, increased client happiness, and increased intermediary productivity and loyalty, according to the company.
